Executive Director | Blessings Under Disguise

A heart for serving others and a passion for strengthening communities, Jae Mathews is dedicated to creating opportunities for young people and families to thrive. As Executive Director of Blessings Under Disguise, she brings years of experience in community advocacy, nonprofit leadership, crisis prevention, and connecting underserved communities with meaningful support.

A proud Kansas City community advocate and graduate of the Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI), Jae believes every young person deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her commitment to mental health awareness, mentorship, and early intervention reflects her belief that compassion, opportunity, and the right resources can change lives.

Through her leadership, Jae continues to turn compassion into action, helping build a community where youth have the support and encouragement they need to create brighter futures.

As Co-Executive Director of Blessings Under Disguise, she helps guide strategic planning, daily operations, and youth-centered programs that strengthen communities and create meaningful opportunities.

Stenisha is committed to removing barriers, empowering young people, and connecting families with essential resources. Her leadership combines compassion, accountability, and a strong belief that early intervention and community support can change lives.
