Through outreach efforts, we provide emergency care packages, crisis support, and connections to housing, healthcare, employment, and other essential resources to help individuals and families facing immediate hardship. Eligibility Services through the Mobile Stabilization Units program are available to individuals and families who: • Are experiencing financial hardship, crisis, or temporary instability •

Program 2: Community Resource Navigation

Our Resource Navigation program helps individuals and families connect with vital services such as housing assistance, workforce development, healthcare, and food support. We guide community members through available programs and ensure they are connected with the resources needed to improve stability and well-being. Eligibility- Individuals and families may access Community Resource Navigation services if they:

• Are seeking assistance connecting with community resources or

• Are experiencing financial hardship, housing instability, or barriers to

• Need guidance navigating available assistance programs

•Reside within the service area of Blessings Under Disguise

Program 3: Youth Mentorship, Arts & Enrichment Programs

This program provides youth with mentorship, leadership development, and creative outlets through arts and enrichment activities. Programs such as dance, performing arts, and life-skills development help youth build confidence, discipline, and positive peer relationships. Eligibility: Youth ages 4–18 within the communities we serve who are interested in mentorship, arts, and enrichment opportunities. Program 4: Family Support, Prevention & Community Outreach

Our Family Support program focuses on prevention, early intervention, and stabilization for families experiencing hardship or transitional challenges. Through outreach, workshops, care packages, and resource connections, we help families access the support they need to maintain stability and strengthen their households. Eligibility: Available to families experiencing financial hardship, life transitions, or barriers to accessing essential community resources.
