 Rooted & Ready is a community-focused back-to-school initiative designed to equip students and families with the tools, resources, and support needed to begin the school year prepared for success.

Through educational support, wellness resources, family services, and community partnerships, this event aims to strengthen families, empower youth, and foster long-term community growth.

Eligibility School Supply Distribution

Children must be present to receive school supplies.

Student Eligibility

The event will serve:
    •    Pre-K students
    •    Elementary School students
    •    Middle School students
    •    High School students (Grades 9–12)
    •    Freshmen and Sophomore College Students

Resource Stations Available
The event will feature resource stations and community partners offering valuable information, services, and support for students and families.

School Supplies & More
Students will receive backpacks, notebooks, writing supplies, folders, and other educational necessities.

Health & Wellness
Information and resources focused on physical health, preventative care, and overall wellness.

Mental Health Support
Access to mental health resources, support services, and community referrals.

Community Services
Information regarding housing assistance, social services, family support programs, and local community resources.

Financial Literacy
Educational resources and guidance related to budgeting, saving, financial wellness, and economic empowerment.
